C5 & The Cabana Club:
The Chelsea is notorious for taking a back seat to the rest of the hotels in town for the majority of the year, but it is a great place to hangout during the summer months due to their outdoor pool party scene. Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, the indoor/outdoor club features a wide open atmosphere for you to take in the Ocean breeze. You can purchase cabanas by the pool on weekend afternoons, and you can also gather with friends around the bar while you toast to the good life after the sun sets.

Anthem Lounge (Formerly 32 Degrees):
Located in the Tropicana Hotel & Casino, Anthem Lounge (formerly known as 32 Degrees) is an after-hours club that delivers its guests the combination of a laid-back vibe and high-energy party. Because the interior is small (with seating room for approximately 75 people), the focus is usually on bottle service. The music changes on different nights, but the primary classification would be current house music. This might not be the place you want to start your night, but it's definitely a nice spot to finish it.

Boogie Nights:
This nightclub has recently moved from Resorts Hotel & Casino to the Tropicana Hotel & Casino due to the demand for a bigger space. Popular with the older crowd and middle-aged folks, Boogie Nights brings back the feel of a 70's disco when it comes to music and decor. This hot spot proves that not every club in Atlantic City caters to the affluent young professional, and there is fun to be had for everyone. While the club does offer bottle service, the focus here is more on dancing.

Providence:
Brought to Atlantic City a few years ago by a New York nightlife group, Providence filled the void for a high-energy nightclub at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino. The club is packed almost every night that it's open, and the highlight is two dueling DJ towers that overlook the dance floor. Providence offers plenty of bottle service options ranging from dance floor tables to upper-level tables that provide a view of the crowd below. The music here is usually mash-up and top-40, and the party often goes deep into the night.

Dusk:
Dubbed "the evolution of nightlife," Dusk at Caesars provides a multi-sensory experience as you enter the club through a downward set of spiral stairs and make your way to the concentric circle-shaped nightclub. This nightclub has been named "best place to spot a celebrity" for several years running and also holds the claim of "best bottle service" in annual polls conducted by AC Weekly Magazine. The resident DJs are popular in local Philadelphia circles and they throw down an eclectic mix of house music and top-40, depending on the night.

Night Fever:
Sitting in the space formerly occupied by Boogie Nights, Night Fever at Resorts Hotel & Casino fills the same void left by its departed nightclub. Night Fever caters to the alternative nightlife-goer, whether it be the older crowd or the gay and lesbian community. The new management at Resorts has put a lot of money into re-branding the hotel and its venues, and so far the response has been good. This new nightclub did not undergo major interior changes, but still provides the hotel with a very respectable nightlife outlet.

Casbah:
When this nightclub opened in the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino, it was the hottest club in the city and no one else could measure up. Today, the interior remains the same as the day it opens. A lack of love and general upkeep has left Casbah out to dry. While the Saturday night crowd still shows up, it is by no means the trendy folks and big spenders that fill the floor space. The outdoor patio overlooking the boardwalk is the coolest feature, and all it needs is a face lift on the decor and better DJ talent to make it relevant again among mid-tier clubs.

Foundation Room:
Designed to be a members-only club, Foundation Room at Showboat Hotel & Casino is now open to the public. Although the interior decor is very different than most nightlife spots, it is a cool place to go and enjoy a few drinks. The management team is attempting to turn it into a weekend after-hours spot (so that it will have less competition), so we'll see how the transition goes. As for the vibe of the place, though, there's nothing like it in town.

Ivan Kane's Royal Jelly:
Designed to focus on nightlife and sensuality as a form of art, Ivan Kane's Royal Jelly is one of the newest venues to launch at the brand new Revel Resort. This lounge-style nightclub will be blended with burlesque and rock-n-roll shows multiple times each night to offer something Atlantic City hasn't seen before. Previous incarnations of this place (called Forty-Deuce Nightclub) in Las Vegas and Los Angeles have been very successful and the owners hope this translates to AC.

HQ Beach Club:
HQ Beach Club opened to much fanfare in the summer of 2013 and has not disappointed one bit. Taking a page from its upstairs neighbor HQ Nightclub, the Beach Club features the same scantily-clad servers delivering the finest in VIP bottle service. The world's biggest DJs frequent the club every weekend and you never know what might happen at this East Coast hotspot.

HQ Nightclub:
This Vegas-style nightclub has an open feel with high ceilings and a large mezzanine section that overlooks the dance floor. The DJ lineup is unlike anything Atlantic City has ever seen before, and the parties are notorious for raging until 5am. Bottle service minimums are much higher than what Atlantic City is used to, but it provides the ultimate in VIP treatment. HQ Nightclub focuses mainly on electronic/house music, with Thursday night being their open-format night.

The Pool After Dark:
In just a few short years, The Pool After Dark at Harrah's Resort & Casino has become one of the best and most unique nightclubs in America. When night falls, the hotel's pool dome becomes a nightlife mecca as world-class DJ's and celebrity hosts take over. Routinely packing in thousands of guests, the club boasts the feeling of being in a tropical oasis while partying until you drop. Using the pool as the centerpiece, the club has VIP cabanas, hot tubs, and other tables scattered around the outer perimeter of the venue.

Mixx:
As the oldest nightclub at the Borgata Hotel & Casino, Mixx recently went over an interior renovation to put the focus more on the DJ. The club now routinely hosts some of the top house music acts in the nation and has a wide open dance floor where guests can mingle. The VIP sections along the back wall and around the upper level provide the privacy some guests are looking for while still giving them a good view of the action.

Mur.Mur:
Located in the basement of the Borgata Hotel & Casino, mur.mur nightclub is a popular celebrity hangout and has more of a dark and exclusive feel than most other clubs in town. The club is rectangular in shape and features a sunken dance floor that gets crowded quickly. Bottle service is popular here, and it's not too uncommon to see some Philadelphia and New York-based athletes at this trendy hot spot. Another reliable positive is that a balanced girl-to-guy ratio is enforced.
